| - You must contact your coordinator if you have any
questions regarding obtaining your documents. |

| - We require all of the required documents to be sent
by UPS Worldwide or FedEx International: |

- Once we receive all the necessary documents, we apply
for your visa with the Korean Immigration Office. After
one week, we receive your visa issuance number, we will send you by email. (some countries
require a visa issuance paper to be sent to the teacher
before they apply in their home country, and we send
the papers when necessary.) |

- Upon reading our email which notifies you of the visa
issuance number, gather and bring the following documents
to the closest Korean Consulate to your home: |

|
- Including all of the documents above, you must undergo
an interview with a Korean consular official. Please
note that this process can take anywhere from 3-5 business
days depending on which consulate you use. |
|
| - The interview is to check the qualifications of the
native teachers who applied for the E-2 visa. |
|
| - Once you get your passport, you are ready to come
to Korea. |
|
- All expenses will be reimbursed.
This includes the visa application form, any fees to get
the police clearance,
and mailing costs of sending the packet to Korea. Keep
your receipts and submit them to GnB upon your arrival
in Korea. |
